Founded in 1948 by Mom and Pop Frassrand, B-21 Liquors has a rich history in the wine and spirits industry. Initially opened in Dunedin, Florida, the business has grown significantly over the decades, with the current location established in Tarpon Springs. B-21 became the highest dollar volume wine and spirits store in Florida by 1983, known for its commitment to quality and customer service. The company was a pioneer in using refrigerated freight containers for wine shipments and temperature-controlled warehousing. Bob Sprentall, who joined the family business in 1979, has developed strong relationships with wineries worldwide, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection of wines.
