Giraudi Group, founded in 1968 by Erminio Giraudi in Monte-Carlo, initially focused on the import and distribution of European meats. Under Riccardo Giraudi's leadership since the early 2000s, the company expanded its offerings to include exclusive meats from around the globe, such as certified Japanese Kobe beef. In 2005, the group launched its hospitality division with the opening of Beefbar in Monte-Carlo, and has since developed a diverse range of restaurant concepts, now totaling over 35 locations worldwide. Giraudi Meats, a key division, is recognized as a leading importer and distributor of premium meats in Europe, selling over 90,000 tons annually. The group also offers consulting services for restaurant management and concept development, alongside a lifestyle division that includes fashion and unique culinary experiences.
